Disconnecting from servers from random High Latency [PC]

While in a multiplayer lobby for about 10 minutes or so it will lag spike horribly then give me the high latency warning then i disconnect from multiplayer altogether, I do not lag out of discord nor the xbox party when this happens. No other game (including other windows store games) or situation do i ever get lag spikes, only while on forza this happens.

This has been occurring for about 2 months and getting progressively worse. No matter what i do nothing seems to work. Resetting router, open NAT, resetting TP link, reinstalling the game, you name it. Nothing is running in background that takes up any network usage to cause any latency issues either.

Intel i5 6600k
Msi z170
16GB DDR4
GTX 960ssc

Granted my internet inst the best with 25mb download and 2mb upload, it should not lag out every 10 minutes. For the first good few months since then game released i have had rare occasions of lag but never a total disconnect from servers. As far as i know I’m the only one with this problem with consistent lag outs.

Please help

I get low latency notification from time to time on my ~15mbps internet, but I’ve maybe gotten disconnected 2, maybe 3 times since fm7 has been out. Xbox one s/x

i have it too now (PC). i found out that the Problem (for me) is the xblGameSave Service. It use after the race and sometimes in the race the complete upload line. At this point i got the warn messages or drop direct out of the Race/Lobby. Great work! Yes, the world is great and everyone hath a 1000 MBit/s down/upload line.
