I cant download this game as it says “DirectX Feature 11 Required” even though before that it said i needed directx version 12? Now that I have 12 it wants me to have 11? How can i fix this issue?
A direct X feature is not the same as a direct X version. What Cpu, GPU, System memory and video memory do you have? We can’t help if you don’t tell us this stuff. Just because an old gpu supports Dx12 does not mean it is going to work.
My CPU is : AMD FX ™ - 4100 Quad Core Processor
GPU is: GeForce GTX 560 Ti
I have 8GB Ram and 1TB hard drive
Thanks, I’m sorry but your Cpu and gpu are just well below the minimum specs. Both were released 5 yrs ago. It says at least a GT 740 and you are 2 gens behind that. Your AMD cpu is equivalent to a 3000 series Intel cpu also below minimum specs 1 gen behind minimal requirements. Even if you could get it working it most likely won’t run very well. I am using a 965m on medium plus a 4000 series cpu i7 mobile, and it struggles and really cannot not keep up with the 60 fps but is playable if you can stand a little choppiness. Basically even though it is Direct X 12 capable the 560 is not 100% Direct X 12 compatible. I think the Windows store strictness sucks. Never heard of a game not letting you even install it based on the specs of a machine. It should at least let the older hardware give it a go. On lowest settings, lower resolution than 1080p it would probably be playable on older hardware.
