Did Turn10 make this game or was it part-time employees

Here you can see where People came from to work on FM2023.

As you can see, there are multiple cases, where a whole department was filled with part-time employees from different Companies.

How in the world could a game done like that work out nicely?
You can see also, that lots of people where involved for their first time making a videogame. How is this something that can be done like that?

I think everyone that worked on the game knows what they are doing, but the most important thing is missing, when we talk about a Car game.

PASSION. i miss it.

How can you take out: Storefront, Tournaments, Statistics, AuctionHouse, Drift Events for Multiplayer, No private open lobbies, you cannot send cars or liveries to a friend.

HOW? Only if you don’t have a clue about what counts for carguys you do that… really

See you on the Track

What a huge list of important sounding jobs.
The reality is that not one of those titles means a thing because the entirety of Turn 10 culture is devoid of any leadership or accountability.

Apparently they only employee people on 18 month contracts so they don’t have to pay employement benefits. Then they leave and new staff come in.
