I was doing Benchmark and this happened, I legit thought it was some effect but then I went back to actually start playing, it appeared like this when it told me to drop the Bronco.
This did happen to me for about 3 seconds before it went away, I just used the recommended specs by the game and had nothing. I would recommend you do this too.
