Deadlights Grand Nationals - Sunday! Sunday! Sunday!

After a very successful run with Nascar Wednesdays and the Nationwide series, onelapmagic will be hosting a new series beginning September 14th.

The Grand Nationals will use the 1987 Buick GN-X with a forced 625 PI tune onelap is providing on his storefront. As with all Deadlights events, the aim is to have fun. Credits and cars will be awarded. You don’t have to be on the podium to win something. No one ever goes home empty handed.

The first race day is Sunday at 5 PM EST September 14th, 2014. Come on out and join us.

Here are some of the first prize cars to be made available.

Got my Doberman Racing car ready.

I’m ready to go in my brand new Jim Beam Black 1987 Buick Regal GNX. Definitely looking forward to as these cars are an absolute blast to drive. See you all Sunday, September 14th @ 5:00.

Oh yeah!!! Im there. Ive been waiting for this one. Its gonna be fun the car is great.

I’m ready to go, can’t wait until the 14th. I decided to go with an old school look for this as its from the 80’s. Ah, remembering of those days when the cars acually looked like the road version.

@ Shiz - Really like the Jim Beam paint.

@ Gears - Digging the Doberman Racing livery.

WOW!!! already seeing some nice paints the series doesent start for over 2 weeks great to see I like all the paints so far and you have seen my vintage style paint as gears has said the nationwide series has been a big success and the guys who have ran the buick have really liked it the deadlights crew are working on some new prize cars on the buick and no one goes home without something really looking forward to this

Can’t wait to see what creations the DLK crew come up with. I know it’ll be spectacular. I’m looking foward to this as well. These cars take me back to when I was a kid watching Nascar Winston Cup with my dad. Wow I can’t believe it’s been alomos 30 ears since this car came out.

Was looking forward to this series but seems I might not be able to participate. Made a post explaining why in the forza 4 discussion but it got moved to a corner in miscellaneous / off topic. I’m sure the series will be a great success. Would be great if someone can post some pics once it starts to see some of the action.

Ready to go!

“What wins on Sunday, sells on Monday!”
