January 2021 stats update
New year, new cars - time for another stats update on the most requested cars in the FH4 Car Wishlists thread. These numbers are current as of post #6000 (January 14, 2021) and the cars announced with content updates 27 through 31.
FH4’s roster has grown by 20 cars from the five updates since Series 26. Half of the cars are new to the Forza franchise. Six of the added models have appeared in enough user lists since the start of the wishlist thread to put them within the current top 100 most requested models. The most requested of the added cars - the Koenigsegg Jesko and C8 Corvette (both the game’s sole 2020 year models) - rank ninth and tenth among all user lists to date, and are the third and fourth most requested car to be added to the game following the Lamborghini Huracan Performante and the Ferrari 488 Pista.
Below is the list of recent content update added models, with the number of users who requested them through mid-January 2021 and whether new or previously in a Forza game.

UPDATED TOP 100 MOST REQUESTED MODELS
The wishlists thread has grown by 600 posts since the last stats update, and overall represents 5,050 unique users lists. The new Toyota Supra continues to top the ranks, appearing in over 300 lists (5.9%). The top 100 most requested cars appear in 57 or more user lists (up from 52 last time).
The oldest cars in the top 100 list date to the late 1960s, while just under half are current generation models. The newest model appearing in the list is the hybrid-powered Lamborghini Sian, which has been requested frequently enough over the last six months to become the 65th most requested model. Since I’m separating models by their pre/post facelift generation years, some model lines (such as in BMW and Audi’s lineup) would rank higher if defined as requests for “the most recent edition.”
