Welllllllll…it has been a very, very, very long time since I was here! Have return to FM 23 and making a start on some new paints. Meanwhile, some oldies have returned. Hope to see you all on the track!
Dan the man! Good to see your designs again! And long time no see
Will defiantly grab them (pity its such a hazzle to unlock the body kits to make the liveries look right lol)
Hey buddy!
All my mods unlock automatically whilst I work. Elastic band FTW!
You know…I guess these are ok.
Good to have ya back in the paint booth!
All great work, but that Civic is top notch!
First brand spanking new FM 23’ paint is available. This Civic was a PAIN! Whole model has no symmetry so had to tweak it so much. Uploaded and available NOW!
Sorry guys. The NSX is no longer available. I went to to make the 1994 car 48 (the sister car to this one) and started work. I then needed a break and saved to car.
I did not realise this then unshares the saved file and writes over the design. I thought it was car specific and the design shared was a separate file.
What i would of liked to of done was to have 2 cars with 2 paints…
…but of course i cant add the widebody to another because…yup…i would have to drive it till my eyes bleed just so i can add the widebody so i can paint the thing. Not impressed
Good to see you back Dan (I was known as HLR Leppard) I too have come back but so many things wrong in the Paintshop atm.
Hey buddy! Thats a name from the past! Hope you are well.
Yeah there are a fair few niggles.
- Need more zoom. Just cant be accurate so far away.
- Lighting is terrible to see stuff.
- Paint V’s Vinyl colour is different. For example a red vinyl that is 99,95,80 is not the same colour as the paint. In order to match the paint at that value you have to use 99,80,80. Saturation is all screwy.
- Go to select a vinyl the same colour and a second later it jumps to black. Really annoying when you are in the flow of a paint.
Hopefully it gets sorted. Early days yet.
Oh and whilst i think about it…
…who decided new vinyls once created should save at the end of a list???
Kremer Racing #47 is redone and available to download.
Decided it would be nice to get back into logo making so going to make the other 2 Kremer racing NSX’s that ran at Le Mans in the 90’s.
First up is #48
welp, I guess I know what I’ll be doing tomorrow- grinding for that nsx body kit.
It’s good to see you back at it in this gen, yours always were some of my absolute favorite paints.
Hey Bubba!! Long time no see! Hope things are well with you. Nice to see some familiar faces around.
Current WIP. Has kept me busy the last few nights and likely the next week. Very technical!
Real world car
Forza car WIP
I agree, I took a few years break and it’s made me happy whenever I’ve seen a familiar face from back when.
That paint is looking amazing! Real world is quite intricate, I can see why it’d take a week+.
All yours are beautiful, they’re crazy, great work!
This is mine, after more than 6 hours of work on the stitching I can say I’m satisfied
I like that! Reminds me of the Harlequin VW Polo
Meanwhile day 5 of painting this…I wish i never started
I just saw the last image too, a beautiful job is coming, congratulations indeed!
