I can see that I can set track lists to the presets, but it doesn’t say what tracks are in those presets. That’s not very helpful.
I can’t see how I can change what tracks I race on in a championship, how can I change that? Also, is there a way to change how the championship is scored?

I’m a little confused as to which mode you are referring to. If you mean the regular single player career championships I don’t believe you can change anything.
I don’t know if this is in FM7, but in FM6 you could choose a track list preset in Free Play that was from career mode. If that is in FM7, that might be what he is talking about. If you want to see what tracks are in the list, go to career mode and look for a championship by the same name.
In any case, unfortunately you can’t create custom championships in Free Play.

So it has to be a from a preset list of tracks? And the answer seems to be “no”. It seems to me like this wouldn’t be a hard thing to implement, seeing as it’s literally in what is allegedly the spinoff (which seems to be the better and more polished game)? They even have championships in career so the logic is clearly in the game.
What a bizarre oversight. Considering how awful the online is for this game at the moment, this seems like an easy way to make the offline more replayable and enjoyable.
Totally agree with you Joanne. Why something so obvious and simple has`nt been implemented in this game.
I would probally use that mode most myself. Setting up different championships with points system, on and offline with friends…
