This issue has persisted since the launch of Forza Horizon 5. The amount of Downloads and Likes on all of my shared Vinyl Groups and Liveries always shows up as 0, despite the number definitely being higher according to my Notifications and Creative Hub counts of All Downloads. In the case of Vinyls, I cannot even check the correct amount when selecting them in My Saved Vinyl Groups. At least the Download, Like and Use counts show up when selecting Liveries from My Liveries menu.
As I remember this is a known bug right from the game release - obviously unfixed until today.
