Is there any way I can figure out the exact builds and tunes used for the cars in the drift club story mode. I like how some of them are set up and would like to recreate them so I can use them for drift zones and stuff.
Anyone got any ideas.
I too would be interested in these tuning configs!
The 69 Mustang I managed to score from the auction house had a bodykit preset that indicated it was the same as the drift club. I haven’t checked the others yet, but it might be worth a look.
Have you tried already to use the “upgrade hero” config for this specific car?
Getting the detailled config would be a task for PG community team
I’m not entirely sure but the preset upgrade might be the ticket. The BRZ preset says “tuned by someone for drift club” in the description, but I also have yet to do drift club.
I forced myself to complete it last night. Brutal… For a drifter, probably a piece of cake considering I only had to redo 2 chapters(I am NOT a drifter), but one of those took about 5 attempts.
The Volvo, brz, and s14 boss’s preset upgrade are from drift club. But I agree there’s a couple cars that are set up really good for me but it doesn’t seam they’re preset upgrade is from drift club. I’d also like the Monte Carlo from laracer. That thing was awesome.
I did end up seeing some of those drift club presets in the body kit upgrade section. I really liked the way the Silvia and the rx-7 was set up also and they dont have the drift club presets. I tried to recreate the rx-7, I installed the boss body kit and the v8 engine swap and fully upgraded it. It’s close but the gear ratios and suspension tuning still isn’t the same as the drift club car. Also I agree, the laracer monte carlo with the Goodyear eagle tires was awesome.
You can get any of the drift club tunes if you own the respective car by going to Bodykit presets. This means if you personally like any of the tunes in drift club you can get them for use on the standard drift zones. Makes it a lot easier!
AWESOME! Thanks! I’m seeing people state that some of them aren’t there, but for me that’s okay. I just want a few good drift cars that are as easy as the drift club versions. I don’t personally need the entire collection.
Some of the cars do have a preset that says it’s from the drift club but a few of them dont. The rx-7 does not have the drift club tuning even if you put the body kit preset on it. It will make the car look the same but not perform the same. The rx-7 that you drive in the drift club challenge has a v8 engine, definetly not the rotory engine. Also the gear ratios are tuned and probably the caster/camber and dampening… and so on.
