Hi I have been playing Forza for the last few days and has no issues, however on completing chapter 10 (after it has given me the credits) of the stunt driver story the game freezes and sends me back to the xbox home screen.
I have completed all other chapters and had no issues, my partner is also playing Forza using the same disc and when she completed the challenge it worked no problems.
I have tried completing the challenge about 8 times now and have tried a combination of things including: only having one profile signed in, completing a different race and coming back to it, reseting the xbox, cleaning the disc, changing my cars, click select a chapter as well as next chapter and also turning the internet off before I start the game. Nothing I appear to do changes when it freezes and my partner has completed the challenge 2 now and hasn’t had a problem.
I am also getting this crash. First 9 all three stars no problem. Then at the end of the 10th at the credits screen it crashes. I have done it 4 times now. Always crashes at exactly the same spot. Today i checked the horizon life and i have got level ten xp in stuntdriver already. I don’t know how this happened. Maybe this is causing the crash?
Guess I’m not the only one. Same thing happening to me as well and It’s very frustrating, since I’m loving the whole “stroyline” and the Sean Bean voice director-person. It’s funny as hell sometimes.
We just have to pray that Turn10/Playground will hire competent customer/community support and acnowledge this issue.
Been trying for days, I completed chapter 10 like 20 times now it always crashes. Doesn’t matter if I reset my Xbox or put the game in performance or quality mode I can never complete Chapter 10…
At what season are all of you? I had a consistent crash when i went near the Great Ridge in autumn season, but anywhere else was fine. I progressed to winter season, went there again and the crash was gone.
I have this issue on my One X even now after Summer season ended it still crashes to the dashboard once I finish Stunt Driver Chapter 10. I gave my account to my friend to see whether he can do it for me since he finished all chapters. He finished the chapter with my account and the game crashed. So this must be an issue affecting the game save?
I’ve tried every season now, doing other races 1st, repeating the whole story line, using disc and xbox game pass and even changing consoles but nothing seems to fix it. I have just given up with it now. Going to wait and see if they actually do something about this
