Fix the stuttering and freezing and crashes for the pc already.

I personally don’t have any issues with my pc version
Except for some black flashing bits in the left hand top corner
For myself, with the latest nvidia drivers, I’ve had 3 crashes and counting since the latest FH3 update. The version just before I’ve had none.
I also noticed that stuttering seems to coincide with FFB vibrations when it happens. It’s not like every time there was feedback, it stuttered, but when it stutters, it was always during feedback.
