Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it is a custom livery and not advail in the paint shop odds are it may have been done by Littel Vixen a talented forza paint designer.
You wouldn’t happen to know Max if it matters which version of minecraft you play? There are 2 versions of minecraft, the old/original xbox one version (disk) and the newer xbox live (digital) version. I own both but only have the xb1/disk version installed.
The April Car Pack Challenge and Creeper Chase event was added to Featured Rivals on April 19th. Set a time in this or any other “Creeper Chase” event (in VIP and ForzaRC Rivals menus) to earn the Creeper Driver Gear suit.
Overview: Complete a challenge in any eligible event mode (single player or multiplayer) to receive the reward directly to your garage/menu. Sometimes rewards are delayed until you move to the next race.
Overview: Navigate to Rivals > ForzaRC and set your best time in the Qualifier 1 Rivals event. Times in this event will determine eligibility for the ForzaRC Saturday Ghost multiplayer lobbies, Sunday Heats, and Wednesday Showdowns. You must be registered via the site linked at www.ForzaRC.com to compete for ForzaRC.

Considering that the rewards for watching the Pre-Season Invitational were the Forza Racing Championship Driver Gear, exclusive cars, and cars with ForzaRC liveries, those would be reasonable guesses for event participation, but stay tuned.
