That part is interesting. I have a spreadsheet work in progress where I can easily see which cars in FM6 are fully realised (like the engine can be displayed) and which not. If the current known car list follows that pattern it’s quite easy to know which cars from FM6 have a high chance to not make it in.
I saw in one of the gameplay videos that the hood opens ina clip before you enter a car, might be just this once though.
Would be great to have ForzaVista in FH3 as well.

I’m happy to see they’re including the 488 GTB and Hellcat, but those are GameStop pre-order cars. I do recall reading a quote that said all pre-order cars will be available for purchase by anyone that owns the game, but is that true? Because in the past two Horizons pre-order cars from certain stores only were available to those who pre-ordered from that store. Does Horizon 3 still work like that?
No; the pre-order cars this time around are just upgraded versions of cars that come standard in the game, or in other words, the 488 GTB and Hellcat (and others) will still be able for you to buy in the game.

I’m so freakin’ stoked to see my favorite rally car, the '86 S1 return from Forza 4! Now I just hope the CRX Mugen returns from FH2, even though it wasn’t in FM6 for some reason…And I of course hope to see my favorite car the '57 Bel-Air return, along with it’s other even larger finned beauty, the '58 Plymouth Fury.

Oh, sorry to spam but, Ar12 interviewed one of the makers of Forza Horizon 3 and asked about aussie cars, and the dude said there will be a 1st generation Ute…So that’s confirmed (I crapped my self when i heard that), and that another pre-order bonus is the Forza Motorsport 6 Meguiar’s pack (so all the cars that come with said pack) and the Forza Horizon 2 Rockstar Energy pack, and accompanying cars.
Yes, Fulton confirmed the 1951-53 Holden FX Ute, as well as the 1974 Holden Sandman (I think it was discussed on page 3). The FM6 and FH2 packs with the pre-order are just for those games, although most, if not all the cars from them will likely appear in FH3 anyways.

Ralph Fulton confirms the FX Holden Ute and Sandman, but also confirms both the latest versions of the Holden and Ford Utes, mentioning that Holden and Ford will be ceasing manufacturing of both
This can pretty much 100% confirm that FPV ute, but for Holden, it may very well be a VFII SSV Ute, or possibly the VF HSV Malloo

I just watched a couple of seconds of a YouTube video frame by frame and spotted something very, very interesting!!!
First off a clear side view of one of the new Ute’s coming into the game :
But a couple frames later something awesome comes flying by, I could not notice this in the video at full speed, but if you watch it at 0.25 speed you will see the following car:
I think it’s pretty clear that this is a Porsche !!! PORSCHE CARS CONFIRMED !!! 
It looks to be the 2012 Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0 (997) added with the Forza 6 Porsche expansion, judging the car by the color scheme and tail light.

And the blue car looks like a RC F. Difficult to be 100% sure on a couple of blurry frames
