It isn’t entirely clear from the news articles: are the pre-order cars just pre-tuned versions of cars available to everybody in the game, or are select retailers the only way to get access to cars like the Hellcat, GT350R, and such? The comments under the images are why I’m asking. If it’s the former, cool. If it’s the latter, that’s… unfortunate, to say the least.
