The 1988 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Super Sport has audio issues that we would like to see fixed.
——
Missing carburetor sounds. For carbureted versions.
•1st person or bumper, dash and cockpit view is missing the carburetor sounds here’s a clip for an example.
This sound should apply to all carbureted v8 vehicles. Be able to hear it on all views and replay also.
extremely low idle sound volume / not authentic in all views. Engine audio is completely wrong. Engine lopes after installing race upgraded exhaust that’s incorrect. No sound change after installing cams that’s incorrect. Engines sound should change or lope after cam install, upgraded heads, exhaust note should become noticeable louder in steps.

The exhaust, each upgrade should just increase the sound level - 10-20 decibels in all views. This should apply to any car… usually 80-100 sound decibels around the car.
After some investigation of YouTube and real life camera footage, the car does not sound authentic in the game. Can you please fix this at your convenience. Hope this helps.
Thank you.
Just seeing the reaction from a lot of people, the 2014 racing #3 corvette, to driving it my self. It went from a car I only drove one time to something I drive a lot more often if not daily. Kinda inspired me to help the sound team find that rich sounding driving experience. I don’t get paid to do this. I’m disabled and can’t work anymore and wanted to make my self useful.
Thank you so much for noticing, I wish more viewers would vote. It takes a lot of time researching and picking good sounding videos if there is any. If you notice any of your favorite cars don’t sound authentic let one of us know.
I mentioned this in another thread, but I don’t know if I’m wrong with this- either RX-7 in the game, is the audio correct for these? I find them very underwhelming compared to when I’ve heard them in real life and on videos.
My point has always been how satisfying the sounds in Motorfest are, but accuracy is the important thing. Just listen to the cars in game and let me know what you reckon others have said they’re fine. It’s got the signature “brapbrapbrap” idle sound here
That’s the difference a cam upgrade has on a car going from stock to factory cams or custom grind cams for that choppy idle. I’ll do some research and post what I find. Is that the 2002?
Yes, though I think the Crew version is just the standard, not the Spirit, though I didn’t much notice a difference in Forza between either RX-7. Thanks
Got ya covered here partner I must say even gt7 and forza do this car no justice. No sounds change at all during stock vs upgrades. Please check out my post and vote.
