It would be nice to have more than four chat options, so perhaps a chat wheel could be implemented. Hold Chat/Link/D-Pad Left button to show the wheel and select a phrase with right stick, re-centre the stick to cancel. The four default phrases available when you click the Chat/Link/D-Pad Left button could have a star to indicate them. I don’t really know how to implement a pages system without compromising the driving experience. Rough UI mockup in FH4:
