Chaotic Kinetics, New crew 2 hours old with 4 Great members. we are a A/B class crew with Crew night event, and races. we are a group of friends who seek a challenge and push one another harder to be baster.
seeking New members that Do not run leaderbord cars and do not wreck
we do host Races, spec races, or randome events (such as tag and demo derby)
as you can see we are well round and seek to expand
Seeking members with skill or new to forza.
Need a staff system that will be filled based on your performance to the crew
What i need,
Any one can hold multiple positions.(ex Leader, tuner,) However if i see you can handle the work load i will remove some jobs.
Leader - (filled)
Co-leader - People who i can trust, in my absent Co leaders take over control, all issue will be sent through them, and be my counsel, they also take on duties of staff and promoter.
Staff - people who take this game seriously, Will invest time and effort in to the crew upholding the rules and over all management. willing to post in forums for new members and always be on the look out for new recruits and take on duties of promoter.
Promoter/Recruiter - Promote the guild, and way seen fit, and will seek new talent for the crew.
Website - Some one to build and maintain a website for the crew. it doesn’t have to be a million dollar site something simple. (that is something for down the road)
Photographer - Must have a capture-card be good at editing films, photos, for post to webist/facebook ,
Painters - People who are creative and can create custom paint jobs for the crew with request of drivers for certain stickers or vinyls added to car.
Tuners - Build tunes for any member of the crew be flexible to build Grip, speed, drift, or overall builds. ( i will be a Tuner for crew)
Crew members - Just participate in crew night and and be active part of the crew
Defenders - These people are build to defend the crew. this postion is held for the lower level of the new. people who may be new to forza.
the job title to defend the crew aginst people that cant be kicked from the lobby, so if theres a wreck in the lobby as a defender its your job to neutralize said person so the lobby may have a fun race.
My simple Rules.
- No leaderbord cars are to be used with crew members in public lobbies, or Crew events
- No wreckers. only clean drivers are accepted, Bums and scrapes will occur during racing, no big deal. but you must respect the line and know when to push and when to let it go.
- Common courtesy.
