Cars - Mclaren F1 GTR blinkers light up when braking

The blinkers in the front and on the side are conected to the brakelights and are lighting up when braking

The 2014 VW Golf R has the multifunction display from the speedometer in the radio display which is not real and very annoying, please fix it too.

If I do a test drive in free play and go to the Nürburgring, the car is immediately destroyed

Porsche 911 GT3 RS is also experiencing this phenomenon. You brake and the side indicators come on and the rear right direction indicator lights up permanently at dusk/at night.
