Cars gone in freeplay (also can't find hoonigan car pack)

I play a lot of free play. I’ve always been able to choose “select car”. Then go in & select between all the cars I own.
But now there’s only a handful of manufacturers available to me, and only 1-4 cars of each.
Where did all my other cars go from this menu!?

If I go & select a car from the garage from the main menu they’re all there. But it takes so much longer to do this.

Another issue, I just downloaded the hoonigan car pack. They are nowhere to be found in game.
Where are they?

Turn 10, you REALLY need to work on getting smoother menus to Forza Motorsport 8. They are absolute rubbish in FM7

UPDATE

Ok, so the reason my cars are gone from select car was because the settings for some unknown reason had set power & performance by itself.
I then went ahead to put them to “ANY”.
But as soon as I went back to the main menu the settings reverted back into power & performance settings again. ??

Also, Hoonigan… You put them under their own manufacturer… Found them.

Go in to Free Play race setup menu and press Y then go to next menu and press Y again exit free play then go back in Free play is now reset just like Magic
