This issue persisted since FM5, so it lasted within the rest of the Xbox One era of Forza titles, which also includes FM6, FM7, and FH3. The '95 Cobra R’s interior color is Tan only. There isn’t a gray interior option for this car in real life.
FM4 and FH1 accurately represented its interior. And 3 months ago when it gets added in the new FM via Mustang Month, its model was updated there where its interior color is changed back to how it actually was.
Anyways, here’s what the '95 Cobra R’s interior looked like in real life:
So let me provide a breakdown:
Here is the Gray interior that persisted from FM5-FM7, and FH3. It happens again now in FH5.
Then here’s FM 23’s version, where the interior color is being reverted back to Tan, which is something Turn 10 is able to rectify at this recent moment. Though, I can give them a pass for fixing that.
Last but not least, as explained above, FM4 and FH1 have its interior color correct, back in the 2011-2012 days.
In conclusion, Playground Games should’ve reused the new FM’s updated model. If it was correctly represented there, why can’t Horizon 5 do the same? Although an interior color update for this car will do, because this car does NOT have a gray interior in reality.
