Is QC non existent at T10 Studios?
This 1970s grand prix car has no stick shift animation in cockpit. Pretty sure it was an issue in FM 7 too.

Driver’s hands don’t move when changing gear in Ferrari 312 and f-158. This was also the case in the Brabham F1 but this has been resolved. It seems there is a problem with several F1 cars.
Yes, this missing gear shift animation issue dates back to FM7 and 6.
How will we know if it has been sorted?
You can get into the car to see if the shift animation is working, that’s how.
Many improvements and fixes are made without documenting stuff in the Release Notes, so when the next update drops, you might give it a try
Goog day now
Still not resolved.
Roger that. Perhaps next update.
And guess what? Still not resolved.
I’ve got a feeling that because most players drive outside of the car the in cockpit issues are ignored. There are many issues within the cockpit ranging from drivers hands not shifting gear, inboard rear view mirrors being useless, needles on dials are black and not visible even at night with the clocks illuminated, unable to see rear view mirrors even when drivers angle set to maximum. None of theses issues, even after being reported, have ever been resolved.
I mentioned in another post, don’t care much for this game anymore. 1+ year of in-depth feedback and many aspects of the game have barely improved, particularly sound. We are so far behind in terms of car audio, but the stakeholders don’t seem to care.
Oh well, that’s money gone down the drain for me.
Too busy enjoying Gamepass titles at the moment. Forza can take a backseat, I just do not care mate, life’s too short to fuss over these things. I feel as if a burden has lifted over me. Really happy when not playing this game.
The developers seem to be barely putting any effort into getting the individual car characteristics right, and that’s fine. Perhaps, I’m not their target audience, lol.
