When viewing the engine bay of the 2009 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1, the camera stays locked in the engine bay view. If I select a different car, and go to its View car, the camera zooms into the same position of the Corvette’s engine view, but now I cannot leave View car mode, and have to soft crash Forza (using the task manager) in order to reset the game.
PC, Steam version.

Can confirm. I have exactly the same issue with the Corvette ZR1 '09, including the necessity to close the game “by force” when camera gets stuck on another car’s bonnet in ForzaVista and controls stop responding.
