Cars - BMW M5 '18 - front brake discs too small

The front brake discs on the 2018 BMW M5 F90 are too small, you can even see it doesn’t fill out the space inside the caliper. Here is a comparison between the game and real life.

Does this issue still persist after recent updates? Would it be possible to provide a video of this in action?

Not a video, but screenshots. Stock Brakes don’t change size when upgrading wheel size, and stock wheels can’t have their size changed, so yes, the issue still persists.
