Bug Info: In the 2021 BMW M3 Competition Sedan, the digital dashboard displays (speed/temperature/total engine distance) shows in miles and Fahrenheit, although the game is set to the metric system in the settings and the region and language of the console is set to Germany and German.
On the board computer or navigation display, however, the German language setting of the vehicle is displayed correctly in German (Sportanzeigen).

This happens on all other cars that have had imperial unit dials in any previous game. Of course what I mean by this is that this is entirely connected to the car, so the settings will not change the units used by a car.
