The Instrument cluster reflects what happens on windows. If it rains on the windows, there’s rain on the instrument cluster. Same with dust and dirt build up.

Honestly , I m really afraid they ll never solve this kind of problem.
Since the release of the game , I found a lot of bugs of gauge, wrong speedometer on many cars ( Corvette , Golf etc…) all on this forum and since day one they ve never solve these bugs 
very frustrating

I confirm the problem is fixed since latest update 
Now we car see the gauge normally , thanks for the update
The gauges glass material has been fixed. They are no longer the same as the windows (no more dirt & rain on them).

We are closing out this issue. The developers have noted this issue as Fixed as of Update 7 on 04.08.24
