why wont it let me create a car club or join one ive tried about 4 times and nothing works can anyone help???

I’ve already unlocked the menu for it but when I try to join or make one it won’t let me
Yea didn’t let me either, I tried about 2 hours ago, so maybe it is fixed?
I hope so I really want to make my own car club on this one
Every car club I’ve tried no one wants to do anything
I made a car club about an hour ago, so should be working now guys. Certain elements of the game keep getting disabled due to server issues / whilst things are getting fixed. Things should smooth out over the next few days hopefully.

The Clubs option is greyed out for me. I am on level 13. What do I have to do to get it to unlock or is this the current problem with it?
