Hi! Im having a problem that i cant view or select any paintjob design because it says that this function is temporarly banned, but my account is not banned or anything, can you help me please?

Maybe someone reported you for an inappropriate livery or one of your designs had something on it that did not or appeared not to conform to the Terms and Conditions. You should probably submit a ticket on the support page to find out why you received a temporary ban from the design function. It could be as small as a shape appeared to be similar to a marijuana leaf, or maybe you wrote “Free Candy” on the side of a van… In anycase, it sounds like a livery you downloaded or you designed was not acceptable under the Terms and Conditions.
Go here and select “Banned Inquiry” then explain your situation. They will most likely then be able to review your account to see what the violation was.
