I have played the game in offline mode when I already did the tutorial and haven’t unlocked it apparently even though I have seen YouTube videos where they spend the same amount of time or less before they get an intro about what forza online is and what not. But no for me I have to “keep playing to unlock feature” but doesn’t tell me how to unlock it and I am tired of thinking it’s just the tutorial, after thinking that is was still a tutorial, for FOUR WHOE HOURS, before I called Xbox support five times. And they told me to finally come here. I also got the forza hub app (because I have the ultimate edition of horizon three) and got a prize and a car, which neither showed up on my game even after restarting it and shutting down multiple times. This is a bad start to something I am now thinking of returning if it doesn’t get fixed soon and telling all my friends that they were right about it being bad. So unless I get my online game mode unlocked NOW and my prize redeemed for what I rightfully won, 500,000 in game cash and a car I forgot what was but am mad because I have all the car packs but can’t use it with my friends who told me this was a great game but they may have been wrong, so please give me my rightful prize and unlock my online game mode. Because if you don’t that is considered lying about prizes and online since I pay $60 on top of the price of the game to Microsoft for Xbox live which I can’t use for this game apparently even though Microsoft owns the game they claim only the forums will help me so now I am seeing how this works out with my one of a kind problem.

Maybe you should try playing a bit longer and follow the in game suggestions
4 whole hours isn’t really that long if you arent following what Anna has suggested and you haven’t opened up a few festival sites
I have unlocked online adventure, but I was on the forza hub app and it told me I got 500,000 credits and a car but never received it in game

If you go to another screen you will see the breakdown of money and car and see which actual game they went to

And since you aren’t at tier 11 you wont get 500k a wèek either

Online unlocks when you build your 2nd festival site, it doesn’t take very long to get that far into the game, i did it on a new account last night.
