CAN’T PLAY ONLINE ON PC! I TRIED EVERYTHING

and I even followed every single guide I could find, I need some professional help here since I can’t play the game at all which means wasted money for me.
I was just on microsoft live chat, and they are useless as !!!..
If anyone thinks they can help me out, over teamviewer or what ever, it will be greatly appriciated because this is really frustrating that I can’t play this crap online
