I have been trying to create a co-op campaign server with my friend all day and it isn’t working he can set it up but I can’t join it, we are on the same wifi router so I know it can’t be that, it says check your dns settings and my friends is the same as mine, please help. My friend and I were having this exact same issue a while ago - we just gave up, nobody bothered to help us properly and instead they just submitted the usual Teredo fix business. We used Telstra NBN in Sydney.
I was having this problem most of yesterday morning. I eventually found some instructions online that fixed it. Unfortunately, I can’t find them now. Basically, it involved going into system settings, then network, then click on the connection. Mine was wired. Once inside, there was an option to clear the network cache, or something similar. After clearing this cache, my Xbox restarted, and I was then able to connect to Online Adventure again.
