Hi, please can you supply some more details, including which system you are using (X-Box / PC) which means you are running the game on (MS store / Steam) plus any error messages you receive, preferably with screen shots?

Including whether it’s hardwired, or wireless.
Even just an error code would be extremely helpful. Even though I can predict its either a terrdeo/ipsec error or a parental restriction error as it tends to be
