Can't host or join Multiplayer Lobbies

Hello

Sorry, my english is not the best, but i’ll try it.

I have a problem with my forza motorsport 5 for 3 weeks. I can’t join or host a Multiplayerlobby. I get a errormessage everytime i try. I’ve called the Microsoft Support 3 times, but they couldn’t help me. They deleted my cloud- and my local profile. So i lost my savegame and all my credits and cars but it still wont work. Microsoft suppose, that i was banned from the forza server, but i only play online with my friends …

NAT is oppend and all ports a forwarded. Every other profile can join and host sessions on my xbox.

I have send a E-Mail to forzafb@microsoft.com and a-iwebs@microsoft.com 5 days ago, but have not received a answer yet

Not unless you are playing horizon 2 apparently.

i can play horizon 2 online.

i contacted the microsoft support today.
they said, that they couldn’t help me, because turn10 has to reset my profile.

so please turn10 !!! help me !!!
