I’m running Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit and updated fully as I always keep everything including my drivers, and in the store it tells me that I need to upgrade Windows to use this? My PC is also more than capable. Whats going on?

- your system specs are missing so I cannot confirm/deny DirectX12-compatibility.
- your build-number is missing; if it is below 10.0.10586.218, you are not up to date.

There are some headings on that page that might help you find out if you have the latest Windows update - “How to get software and driver updates for Windows 10”. On the “Forza Motorsport 6:Apex FAQ” there is a list of hardware requirements and some other helpful information.
It is also good to check that you have the very latest drivers for your video card. Some of the graphic card drivers have only very recently been updated.
