I wasn’t able to digitally download the game, I had some kind of “incorrect payment information” alert(which isn’t true because I tried to pay for it several different ways and I got the same alert every time) so I had to go buy the game in a store. Now I’m trying to get the VIP membership and I’m getting the same alert? I called Xbox and they were no help, they just said to try again in 24 hours which I did and nothing happened. I would just like to know if anybody has any fixes to this or shares the similar problem? I just want to know if I’m alone on this or something lol.
