I’ve tried a lot of things. Now I am playing on fresh installed OS 1809 on a blank hard drive.
Multiplayer game was fine since the day I started to play till this problem came out about 1 day ago.
I’ve tried a different ISP by using hotspot (it’s working before).
A vpn provider
A different network card by using a different wifi adapter.
None of them works.
I am in California with reliable ISP, at least I think.
