Hoping maybe someone can help here. I preordered and have the FM6 Ultimate Edition and have the Forza VIP installed. Last month, with the VIP Fiesta ST, when I tried to download/save the car I repeatedly got an error message reading,
“Can Not Download Gift
We’re sorry, but an error occurred when trying to retrieve this gift.
Please try again at a later time and this issue might be resolved.”
After that, the message disappeared and I never got the car. It’s happening now with the VIP Shelby GT350R.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a known fix?
