Can’t claim loyalty rewards.

I finished the first championship and I got the picture for royalty rewards but my game crashed and now after a race the royalty rewards won’t pop up? I’ve checked the race suits to see if they’re their but they’re still locked. How do I claim my loyalty rewards?
