Can a turn 10 employee contact me about a ban

As stated in title, need an employee to contact me about a ban I have on my account. Been unable to play multiplayer for over a month now and everything I have posted I have been given no answers to my question. I want to know how much longer my ban will last. I never received a message on the game itself stating that I was banned. Thanks.
