I’m interested in buying low serial number “specialty dealer” cars. (Particularly a Ferrari 599 GTO)
I have a few rare cars I would be willing to sell also,

Don’t think the Ferrari 599 GTO has been in the rotation yet, so its gonna be hard to get with a production number.
True the GTO has not been up for grabs yet, I was hoping to find someone that has possibly won it as a reward or ect. A little bit like finding a needle in a haystack…
If it hasn’t been in a forzathon/bounty hunter/specialty dealer/ or available as a prize for beating a championship, nobody has it.
All those cars are locked behind those specific events.
Incorrect, locked cars have been obtained from level up prizes, whether the 599 has or not, I don’t know, but they don’t have production numbers. The OP would want one that comes from the Specialty Dealer if the production number matters.
I am at Level Up 554 and only have the 599XX and being offered all the cars I already have for the past 80+ offers so I am not sure too many locked cars other than a few FE’s were to be had by Level Up

There may not have been many, but people have reported getting them, so they do exist.
At the moment there are only 7 !!! ‘locked’ cars you can win with the driver level bonus and the 599 GTO is non of them.

Yeah that list looks similar to all I got from level ups so far but I would not have known some of them were even locked cars to begin with other than the Veyron, Stratos and the 2 FE’s

When i searched for it, all of them where rented cars (at least the videos that are on youtube from it). So my guess would also be that they are still locked behind an event. The 599XX however is available, i also own that one. Don’t remember but i think i got it as a level up reward or from a loot crate.

There are a small handful that are lvl up rewards also. (less than 20, probaly closer to single digits) Some that come to mind are the Formula E, the 599x like said. and a few others.

Iv’e been keeping track since day one with a handful of players and can 100% guarantee at this point if I don’t have it yet, no one else does either.
Collectively we’ve gone through over 10,000 lvl ups, and well over 5,000 loot boxes.
