Set #5: ’63 Volkswagen Beetle & Lamborghini Countach
Some more smaller sets that I’ve snapped during the story missions and the showcase events. I exceptionally love the Countach set just because it reminds me so much of Horizon 2 with the lighting and the paint of the Lambo. Really unfortunate that the time-of-day updates even when in photomode, so you barely have 30 seconds to take shots with the expected lighting :(. Lucky I have a couple dozen sets on the go in the meantime.

I sent them a bug report and I suggest you do the same. In the meantime, I decided to set up a custom route and choose the desired time of day and weather, and set it to fixed time progression… Then I just freeroam around the map instead of going to the finish line and get all the shots I want.
Decided to snap these two iconic utes after winning them in wheelspins. The coastal roads near the massive hotel are awesome for gorgeous photos and the lighting in both sets was just too good to pass up. I was genuinely surprised at how photogenic the F450 was considering its very practical styling.
Set #7: ’04 (Blobeye) WRX STi & Formula Drift A90 Supra
Hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas!
An interesting mix of cars for today’s update, as I’m trying to clear out the smaller photo sets before moving into the larger ones that I have saved. The FD Supra is my go-to for racking up FP points in the Horizon Arcades and the WRX STi is a great B-class Dirt Racer which is very wheel friendly and logically makes sense to have a H-pattern shifter. Decided to snap some shots when using each. Really happy with how I captured the sense of motion in the Supra set.
I love the feeling of the 3rd and 4th Supra shots. Low shutter speed or actually moving slow? Regardless, I love the way it feels like a pause in the action

Thanks Exit0rbit, I reckon its a mix of both, but I made sure the shutter speed was just right so that the wheels were spinning, but the ground seemed stationary.
Set #8: Lamborghini Aventador SVJ & Mercedes-AMG Project One
Happy New Year Everyone!
This week’s update includes two of the most bonkers hypercars revealed in recent years. Both sets are much larger as these two cars are just so photogenic. In hindsight I wish I hadn’t used the matte black paint for the SVJ as a more vibrant colour would’ve massively improved the set, as demonstrated by the last shot taken after I changed it to lime green. This is also my first time trying interior shots in Horizon 5 so let me know how I did!
Set #9: Ferrari FXX-K Evo & Lamborghini Centenario
Decided to experiment with some more unusual angles for the Ferrari FXX-K Evo set, and I’m pretty happy with how they turned out. Wish I didn’t cut the tiny bit of the wheel off in the 6th Ferrari shot as it really annoys me (sorry BrokenVegetable lol).
Set #10: 2014 BMW M4 (F82) Widebody & 2018 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE
This update includes two awesome cars, the BMW M4 being one of my affordable dream cars, along with the Audi R8 and HSV GTS. Wish I had removed the stupid astronaut helmet for the Camaro set, but it doesn’t detract greatly from the images so I’m not too unhappy with how they turned out. Also included a couple more scenery shots that I am really happy with.
