This is a minor bug but it’s an annoying one. There are 3 driver gears I have since the beginning of the game that always show up as NEW even though I have selected them dozens of time. Would it be possible to fix this issue? It’s the following 3 driver gears:
MICROSOFT
READY TO GO
CLIMBKHANA
They are all 3 legendary driver gears.
I’m on Xbox One X.
Just 3? I’ve got several that’s been that way
yep lucky only 3, I have about 10 that do it, I just ignore them now
Actually i have 11…all ones that are classed as dlc since redeeming codes for each of them
Interesting. Exactly the same three gears that always show as new for me all the time. And I’m on the OG Xbox One.
It’s a known bug since the release.
It only affects driver gear that unlocks with a code (pre-order bonus or all promotions). Those gears are unlocked ‘external’ via the XBox store system and also appear under ‘manage game’. That’s the reason why they are ‘new’ with every start of the game.
Maybe it will be fixed next tuesday with the ‘big bug fix content update’.
All of you, should consider yourselves lucky—no joke, I’m at a full 20. 
I’m now at 13 everytime i play after the last dlc

Didnt realize there was 20…thought i was only missing 3 or 4
I count 20+ for pre-order and promotions …
I have 4 marked always as new. Game gets few updates but this bug still exist.
