Are the bucket list blueprint Point challenges required to be completed in order to progress and unlock other items in the game or are they optional?

Yeah, you have to create and complete your own bucket list blue print. There is another one for exhibitions but for that one it is the other way around. You have to complete another player’s exhibition blueprint.

5 or perhaps 10 other people’s blueprints as I recall. In any case I know it wasn’t just one.
