Brick challenge: hyperoverdrive

I can’t seem to do this challenge anyone got any tunes.
Also suggestions where to do the challenge

You have to reach 255mph in any hypercar, sounds simple enough but I can’t seem to find a long enough straight

If your car doesn’t handle well enough to hit 255 around the race track itself, the road heading into the race track from the right side ought to offer a long enough run up, I imagine.

I started at the small of the apex on the smaller turn, headed out of the raceway towards the city. The hill provides a good boost in speed as well.

What car did you use

I stayed on the racetrack and used the Koenigsegg CC8S with a tune called “The 300 mph koenigsegg” (or something like that, can’t remember exactly).

Sorry I was streaming Forza, I used a 12 Lambo Aventador LP700-4 FE, X-Class that does the trick, but if you have the Lego Senna, you can use that as well, or the Noble.

Thanks, I’ve completed it now

I used a Koenigsegg. Took a run off up the big hill from the sand dunes. Once over the rise at the speedway entrance, and landed (as you get a little air), I paused the game while holding the accelerator on full. I dialed off the aero on the tune. I resumed game while holding accelerator. I kept accelerating until I hit the far wall. Got it.

Ive tried all these suggestions and still my hypercar will not reach the 255 mph what am I doing wrong please?

Tuning helps as well. You might need to tune your car to maximize launch and acceleration. Not every hypercar is equal. I had to try a few.

I struggled with this for a while.

The following video is the the best one I’ve found for an easy route and a recommended car and tune/upgrade:

I got it first time using this.

Not able to get to 255 can be from different things, gearbox, tire pressure, tuning, aero, ect If you have the wing and bumper, put them both to full speed (all the way to the left) and find a nice straightish line if you can’t take a turn.

You can have the aero on full as you get a run up from the bottom of the hill below the oval track. As you just go over the rise, while holding accelerator on, enter the settings and turn aero off for the straight, all while still accelerating. It’s a bit cheaty, but it works. You should be reach the required speed before the first turn of the oval.

The Mosler with an X-class tune and good handling can get 400km/h+ AVERAGE through the speed-zone on the southern banking of the oval, getting to 410kmh (255mph) on the straight afterwards is child’s play in comparison (if you didn’t hit it already on the banking)

EDIT: Just remembered that the Mosler is an Extreme Track Toy, I think I did this with my Agera RS but the principle remained the same (X-class tune for handling and top-speed).

Thanks for the help all .
Managed it at last

For lego blocks 255mph, follow msb247 post. Got the CC8S for $150.000 at auction, then got Don Joewon’s tune as shown on video. Got it first try also, after numerous tries and failures with cars/tunes.

fully tuned rimac works, handles like crap but accelerates fast enough to start round the bottom speedway bend and hit 255 at the end of the straight on the exit road

I used a Rimac C-2, X-Class, doesn’t need a really long straight for that car.

Rimac can do it without a tune, bone stock works perfect on the stretch to/from the racetrack.
