So am i correct in assuming i cannot select an event for which i do not have an eligible car in my garage for? I tried to choose Retro Rally for my first expansion and of course I only had two cars in my garage at the time (my starter and the Lambo SUV i used for the first showcase), so when i went to create the event i got a pop up saying “no eligible cars in your garage for the event.” Now that wouldnt be too big a problem except i didnt see any option to jump into the auto show real quick to buy an eligible car like in previous horizons before an event.
So i backed all the way out of the blueprint mode, drove to my previous hub and bought a new retro rally qualifying car. Once i exited the hub i couldnt access the blueprint mode again for the new exhibition, so i drove to the new location and it auto selected an event. An event i still had no eligible cars for, although this time it allowed me to select one for free…
So my question is, can i only choose events that i already have the car for, or is there a way to buy a car while in blueprint mode? or am i missing something?
