I bought blizzard moutain and I got all the dev cars from it but one that’s the Ford Focus. I was wondering how to get it I already went to the auto show and checked DLC cars and it’s not there but every other one was there it’s not in my cars eather please help -thanks
It’s a reward for the “Kingmaker” event. Just keep playing through the expansion.

Originally it was available in DLC but now it’s only available as a prize car after winning the “Kingmaker” event which doesn’t unlock until your almost completed the rest of the events.
If you want it quickly then you need to buy it in the auction house.

You need to obtain 100 stars in order to unlock the King Maker, then you have to win it to unlock it.
Should take 2 hours at the most.
