Just occurred to me that there might be good mileage, for a season at least, to have some targets or restrictions related to road laws. For example, complete a race but stay under the speed limit. Are all upgrades actually legal in Mexico? No idea, can you get a given PI with only legal upgrades (if that is a thing for public roads).
The idea would be to do something different, requiring a bit of research. Could be in-game, eg, having to pay attention to the speed limit signs rather than ignore or smash them. Penalties for not stopping at stop signs.
