I managed a 3:02.935 (lap 7) in the WRX

2:54.424 in the 207 lap 5 using wWw CUDA wWw tune. Just can’t get a clean lap in the 53’s
I suppose it’s time I made an official entry… I ran a 2:51.248 on lap 8 using the Peugeot equipped with Bulin’s tune, replay is in my SF. I had time splits nearly a second faster than that, but I always dirtied those laps going through the high speed chicane towards the end. Oh well, maybe I’ll run it again some time…
Also, here’s my entry for the design comp under the race category…
The livery is a near replica of Travis Pastrana’s Red Bull Subaru WRX STi. I would have rather done a full-on replica, but due to several paint glitches and the layer limit it was impossible. For those interested, the paint is available in my SF for free! Just search for designs for the 2008 Subaru WRX STi and use the keyword “Pastrana.”

in AH for 50M I had a new 87 Z for 7 years > shoulda kept it !!!

Bulin had some good PUG tunes, but I got my best time with the Frikki Trikki tune.
Even when I use OP tunes they still beat me by > 4 sec with the same setup !

I tried several tunes and was always a bit off of the Kings time. I did end up with a 2:54.xxx but didn’t post it because it wasn’t fast enough lol. Thank you Iroc for at least providing other challenges for us to make a buck. I’ll have the Z in the auction house for 75 million soon. Thanks again and I’m looking forward to the next KOTT
