I gave it another shot tonight, but I couldn’t put together a clean lap and my fingers were falling asleep. I got my time down to 1:51.832, but again, it wasn’t clean. DON’T COUNT THAT! I can see getting down to the 1:50.something, but not tonight.
It always amazes me how much damage you can miss when you look at a car at night. This is what I found when I dragged it out into the daylight:

I had some free time at the shop it was a slow week so I freshened the motor up and went over to the test track to see if the rest of the ol’ girl would hold together and tho she needs a good body man to make her like new she had more motion than Baldwin gave her when she was new … loaded up a run because she has a lot of potential at the strip ;o)

I took her out for a test drive last night but storms knocked my power out before i could finish. Think I’ll swing back by tonight and give her another run!

About 10 days ago I decided to take some time off from Forza (well and truly burnt out), and then last Sunday I ended up getting pretty dang sick. I should feel better sometime soon, but for the time being I’ll be watching you guys from the grandstands-AHHHH!!!
