Hi, just got notification of 7 day ban, honestly have know idea why, just a quick note to point me in the right direction so I know where I went wrong so it never happens again ,never had a ban from anything before so am at a loss at what I did wrong if anything,

Yes, violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct for not playing nice with others. Intentionally crashing people and displaying poor behavior when wrecking others with no intent of being competitive or allowing others to participate in a race is a violation.
The seven-day (168-hour) ban is the first step of three. A second ban would be 30 days (720 hours) from the time placed by Turn 10. A third violation would be 20 years (permanent).
